Commission Work

Occasional I take on commission work. Below is a list of the kind of commission artwork I will take, description, prices, and other info.

Description of types of Commission work I will except and not except.

• I am now excepting commission work for traditional fine art, such as still life art, animals such as dog, cat, or animal in the wild and landscape scenery.
• I am not excepting any commission work for portraits at this time.
• I do not except any commission work for perspective work, such as houses or buildings.
• I will except just about any fantasy commission art (please check my other site, www.hollydurrart.com to see samples of my fantasy art), as long as it's not used from any reference pictures of people and any copyrighted photographs. I usually draw female fantasy beings. I will except some men in certain pieces, so you will have to ask and then we'll see. I like to make up my own character(s) (fantasy beings or mythical creatures) this gives me more creative freedom. I will draw the character(s) with whatever color hair, skin, clothing scene etc. you like, it will be your art after all.
• Please take note of what style I draw. For fine art I draw realistic. For Fantasy, I will draw light fantasy. I will draw some gothic as long as it's not disturbing, really dark, promoting paganism/goddess art, to sexy or satanic art.
• I will not draw nude art.
• The type of paper I work on is stonehenge. Note: Stonehenge paper is a very high quality paper that is acid-free and comes in different colors, and black. Most of my fine art is completed on black stonehenge.
• All fantasy art is completed on light colored stonehenge papers
• Artwork does not come with a mat or frame

I will also except commission work for quick small sketches. Note these are quick sketches, I only spend about 1 to 2 hour on these sketches, depending on size.

Note:  When purchasing any of my originals weather they are created by imagination or commissioned you do not own rights to it. I retain all copyrights to artwork. I usually do not sell copyrights to anyone.

Note: When you choose a color scheme for your Commissioned Art, Colors may be limited, because Prismacolor Colored Pencils only carries about 130 colors, but I will do my best to match the colors you prefer.

PAYMENT

A deposit of 50% is required up front to cover the cost of materials + my time. Once the painting is finished, I will e-mail you a photograph of it for your approval. Once you approve the painting, the remaining 50% will be due and the painting will be immediately shipped off to you.

Note: You may have to be put on a waiting list, if orders are backed up. Artwork may take anywhere from one to four weeks to complete. I am very much a professional artist, and I'm looking forward to working for you!!!      Please serious inquiries only!!!
